I’ve been fortunate to have some fantastic opportunities to learn and grow, while creating significant impact along the way in the last 6-7 years.

Promoted to Senior Management of Deep Red Ink (2015)

In January 2015, I was promoted to the executive leadership of Deep Red Ink Consulting. As a part of the 5 member leadership team, I was now responsible for the complete operations of this 5 year old Digital Agency. 

Awarded by the U.S. Department of State with the International Visitors Leadership Program (2013)

In June 2013, I was nominated by the U.S. Consulate General, Hyderabad for United States Department of State’s prestigious IVLP Program. The IVLP- International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is the U.S. Department of State’s premier professional exchange program. Through short-term visits to the United States, current and emerging foreign leaders in a variety of fields experience this country firsthand and cultivate lasting relationships with their American counterparts. Professional meetings reflect the participants’ professional interests and support the foreign policy goals of the United States. Alumni include more than 335 current and former heads of state, and countless industry and civil society leaders.

I was the only participant from India for this global program. The central theme for my program was Youth Empowerment: Youth as Change agents.


Invited by U.S. Department of State to speak on ‘Leadership’ to 200 exchange alumni at Washington D.C. (2013)

As part of the IVLP, I was given the opportunity to speak to the graduating batch of U.S. Department of State’s Future Leaders Exchange Program (FLEX) Program. I spoke about the 4  foundations of Leadership- Integrity, Authenticity, Higher Purpose & Responsibility. 

Invited to the United Nations for a dialogue with the Secretary-General's Youth Envoy, New York (2013)

As part of the IVLP, I was given the opportunity to meet Mr. Ahmad Alhendawi, United Nations Secretary-General’s Envoy on Youth. The interaction took place at the United Nations Headquarters, New York City. 

Appointed to write a speech for H.W. Mayor of Hyderabad (2014)

In September 2014, I was appointed to write a speech for H.W. Mayor of Hyderabad Majid Hussain, for his keynote at his meeting with Brisbane Lord Mayor’s Business Mission to Hyderabad. The speech titled- Co-creating the Future emphasized on developing key partnerships and improving commerce and trade, between sister cities- Brisbane & Hyderabad. 

Featured by leading local newspapers for FailFest (2013 & 2014)

FailFest garnered a lot of support and was hailed as a breath-of-fresh-air by the local media. The event was featured in all the leading newspapers and few magazines.

Appointed to the Youth Advisory Council of U.S. Embassy, India (2012)

In February 2012, I was appointed to the Youth Advisory Council of the U.S. Embassy, New Delhi, India.

The Youth Advisory Council is a body of young people appointed by the U.S Department of State to advise on issues of public policy, administrative actions, trends and concerns that directly impact young people(rural & urban) of India. 

Invited to have an exclusive dialogue with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Youth Issues (2012)

As part of the Youth Advisory Council, I got the opportunity to interact with the then U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on NDTV’s show- We the People, hosted by renown journalist Barkha Dutt.

Selected to represent India at South Asian Youth Leadership Conference at Kegalle, Sri Lanka (2011)

Represented India at this exclusive 8-day workshop for youth leaders of SAARC countries, called Training for Trusteeship. It was organised by Weeramantry International Centre for Peace Education and Research (WICPER), in association with UNESCO National Commission, the Earth Charter Initiative Costa Rica, the World Future Council – Germany and the US Embassy, Colombo UN Year of Youth and the UN Year of Forests. The workshop was held at Kegalle in Sri Lanka from September 4th to 11th, 2011.


Selected for TechCamp South-Asia at Mumbai, India (2013)

TechCamp Mumbai is a two-day South Asia technology conference being organized by the U.S. Consulate General, Mumbai, and Global India Fund through Samhita Social Ventures on February 20 and 21, 2013. The Camp will bring together nearly 140 international technology experts and young, highly-motivated participants from NGOs throughout India and Pakistan, Afghanistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and the Maldives. The Camp will provide NGO participants with training in low-cost or no-cost new and online technologies to help them address some of the most pressing social challenges in South Asia.

TechCamp Mumbai is part of the TechCamp program under Secretary Clinton’s Civil Society (CS) 2.0 initiative – an effort to galvanize the technology community to assist NGOs across the globe by providing capabilities, resources and assistance to enable them to harness the latest Information and Communication Technology advances to build their digital capacity.


Successful experience of building online communities (since 2006) on multiple platforms (Orkut, Facebook, Twitter)




Led operations for local chapters/student bodies of various non-profit organizations: AIESEC, Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), Rotary International (Interact Club), and National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN).

While in Undergrad, I founded Student chapters and led operations of various student bodies
